Advocate Care is a specialized residential care facility located on the outskirts of beautiful Portland, Oregon. We specialize in providing care for younger adults (ages 18-65) with a wide range of disabilities; from traumatic brain injury to developmental disabilities. Our facility is in SE Portland, near bus lines and centrally located for travel to downtown Portland or Gresham. We have 32 individual rooms, a large courtyard, a diversified menu, and daily activities. There is a Registered Nurse in the building at all times, 24-hours a day. All of our staff are committed to providing the highest quality of care.
